  1. it  should be the one with the posts on your side of your garden

  2. typically none are yours alone. each of your neighbors share them with you. this is not always true but is the most common way

  3. What do you mean?

Do you mean you're unclear as to whether the fences are yours or your neighbours'?

If you're unsure you should just pop round and ask them.

  4. The fence in your back garden (I presume) to your left, by law is yours. It's down to you to keep it in good order if you are the owner of the property.  The fence to your right would be the responsibility of your neighbour. Hope this helps.

  5. Poor Sad Town and City folk who live in  rows of boxes and they all made out of ticky tacky and they all look just the same like the song ,It's better in the country where petty things just do not matter, grow a hedge to the hight you want it, a thorn one is good, cut it in end July every year, who wants neighbours? and for your answer if it is an old style with posts on one side the one with posts your side is yours, so if they same both sides you got both of them.  in the end does it matter, if you live in an association house you don't own it any way HaHaHa!

  6. Any fence that is wholly on your land. Any party fence belongs jointly to you and the other party
