What fighting style does Jason Bourne use in the Bourne movie series?

My friend SWEARS that it's Krav Maga, but I've taken a few free Krav classes and beg to differ...

What fighting style does he use?

i can promise u it IS krav maga. 4yrs of my training say so. his is just hollywood drama so he like runs up walls & shlt but the techniques r krav maga (really fast)

Nick Powell stunts did the choreography i'm pretty sure. actually he was a wushu guy.

most operatives..cia, cops, fbi..etc...learn tactical systems similar to krav maga.

In the Making of "Bourne Ultimatum" special, the fight choreographer mentioned he was using Filipino Kali as the fighting style for Jason Bourne.

I also see elements of Krav Maga as well.

It is mostly based on the Filipino Martial Arts as is stated in the making of documentaries. Especially the second and third films where the fight coordinator was Jeff Imada, who is a student of Guru Dan Inosanto.

People who claim it is Krav Maga either don't know what they are talking about or are trying to get more publicity for their art by falsely linking it to these movies.

The style changes. In the first movie he is using a combination of several short hand kung fu styles ( wing cun, pak mei, shing ye). In the second movie, he throws some jiu jitsu in there, and the third movie was kind of a blur for me.

Looks like jiu-jitsu to me but maybe its officially Krav maga or hybrid mma.
