What file formats work for ipods?

It said this form of song cant be played on an ipod so what can I change it to?

  1. change it to .mp3 or .aac


  2. mp3 and m4a work for me.

  3. aac, but it should automatically convert when you import it.

  4. MP3 and AAC definately work.
