What film is this from?

I watched it a while ago and can't think of the film, or the actors.

I remember the scene where this women is telling this man all about where she grew up, but I think she was lying, and the guy finds this house with all the details she described, and shes like amazed. They knock on the door and some kids answer and they ask to look around, the kids just stare at them. I can't remember what happens but I think one of the kids say that their dad or someone built the house.

Anyone know?
