What film is this..?

Question

It's got Robin Williams in it and its about this man who works at a shop at the bit they develop photos. This family comes there to get there photos developed but then becomes obsessed with them and stick up photos of them on his wall and then he looses his job. The family is made up of a mum dad and one son who's little.
