I havent had any movies that scare me. But the one movie that gets to me is Friday Night Lights, at the end when the dad gives his son his championship ring, its just an awesome movie

It's very rare to find a movie that truly scares me.  However, it seems almost every movie I watch makes me cry.

But here are the most powerful movies:

-"American History X"

-"Requiem for a Dream"  (the single most depressing movie I've ever seen.)

-"The Fountain"

-"Schindler's List"

-"Atonement"

-Certain parts of "The Last King of Scotland"

-"What Dreams May Come"

-"Life is Beautiful"

A movie (documentary) that both scared me AND made me cry?  "Jesus Camp".

I love Atonement. It is a love story, but is very very moving and powerful. You can buy it in HMV for only £4.99. It is the best film ever if you want powerful films.

The Shining with Jack Nicholson (it's a classic horror! i think every person who's into watching horror movies should see this film )

and one that'll make you cry...hmm well i cried after watching Titanic, a while ago (but i'm sure you saw that already ) and more recently, i'd have to say Kite Runner. it made my ENTIRE family tear up!

Mirrors was scary or kinda gross like when the girl was looking in the mirror and her reflection was still there she pulls her mouth all the way open and u can hear her jaw break it was just gross.

thats an easy one for me! lol! The film that scares me the most is the exorsist. i remember my friend saying her dad forced her to watch it with him and it made her cry! so i decided to go and rent it.

i went home and sat in my aunties bedroom and shut the curtains and sat on the end of the bed. back then i looved scary films!

as soon as i saw her face, i **** myself! when her head turnt around that was it! i couldnt watch the rest so i watched it downstairs as it was fast forwarding!

never again! i coulodnt get over it for about 3 weeks! i still think about it sometimes to this dasy and it still sends shivers down my spine. knowing that it was a true story.

many people dont think its scary but its the only scary film that has stuck in my mind for years!

the film that made me cry...hmmm the land before time when the mummy dino dies!! when i was little i used 2 cry every time and i know many people that have said the same thing!

Schindler's List

It didn't really scare me in the horror movie sense, and it didn't make me cry. It left me with a hollow feeling inside knowing that the real horrors of this world are man-made. I can only watch it every 2-3 years or so.
