  1. i love suchi with salmon and shrimp =)

  2. There was an NBC news expose about some restaurants in the US using Tilapia fish to replace their Red Snapper.

So that implies Tilapia is fine :)

  3. Salmon & tuna will be the best choices.

  4. Just like we don't eat all green growing things and call the vegetables, we don't eat all the fishes in the sea and call them sushi.

The only fish to eat for sushi is what tastes good.

    The best are:

    Tuna

    Mahi-Mahi

    Red Snapper

    Salmon

    Yellow Tail

    Grouper

But the fish has to be very fresh, of the highest grade and usually a very big fish in order to cut it the correct way for sushi or Sashimi.

  5. Salmon is an excellent choice.
