What fish is this? It has an Albino on Its first name.?

It has a white body allover, red spot near its gill and attacks anything it likes, it also swims a bit slowly and its fairly small. But its not a barb. It is nipping on one of my corydoras catfish,

its probably nipping because its probably incompatible
