What flat ballet slippers are best for people with low arches. i want shoes that make my arch look really big.

also. what pointe shoes are good for people with small arches. i have problems getting over my shoes so what pointe shoes make your arches look great and help you get over your shoes?

Hmm, flat shoes I'm afraid are hard to find an arch in, that's suppose to be natural and you can't really make yourself have big feet with your shoes, you must stretch and point your foot to give it length. But I would suggest a "Split Sole Ballet Slipper," you can get them at your local dance shop or look around for them.

    Pointe Shoes: getting over your shoes comes with practice, you need to really work yourself and practice doing rises in them and holding your center to stand over the top of them. For small arches I would suggest "Gaynor Minden" which is a brand of a pointe shoe that is fabulous! There a little expensive but they give a dancer a perfect arch; try looking on the net for your nearest supplier. I've been wearing these for the last five yrs and there great. They also have a cushioning softness inside that other pointes don't have so breaking them in is not really needed!
