No flavor at al, because the company's want to sell you flavors separately.

Generally the liquid food coloring doesn't have any flavor. If you are using paste, or gel colors, you have to be careful with two colors, the red and the black. Some companies like Wilton, make a "no flavor" red gel color, which works just as well. To achieve a true black though, things like frostings might taste a little bitter. Hope it helped!
