What fleece would be better for clothing? Anti-Pill or Blizzard?

I'm making a fleece jacket, should I use Anti-Pill or Blizzard Fleece?

  1. Unless this is a first project and you are learning to sew fleece, I wouldn't use either.  Both are just fashion fleeces.  I like to use the real thing: http://www.milldirecttextiles.com/dept2....

Blizzard is usually cheaper.  It will pill and not look very attractive after a few washings.  So it's really up to you.  Anti-pill will make your jacket much more attractive.  But as the other poster said, if this is your first try, go with the cheaper stuff, until you are happy with your pattern adjustments.

  3. Anti-pill unless you have one of the fabric shavers ;)))

  4. I would use the anti-pill. It will hold up better in the laundry process. They also make those little shavers to use on clothing to remove those little bumps,but who wants to do that?

    If you spend the time to make it you want to be proud of it. You don't want to worry about it becoming ugly (no offense) because of all the little bumps.
