Roses. Very romantic and traditional. I once heard a story about someone who gave his wife 99 real roses and 1 fake rose. He told her he would love her until the last rose died. To me roses have always signified love.

Persian violets (exacum affine) They are extremely delicate and sensitive, but they bloom extensively if they are properly cared for. I also enjoy their delicate perfume.

Morning Glories. They're such sweet, pretty little flowers & they seem to grow anywhere. One time I saw some decorating the cracks in the sidewalk near the jail.  I asked my husband how could they sprout up from cracks like that. He said...."That's because they're really just weeds"

That made me love them even more.
