What font is used for the "Phelps Phan" t-shirt?

i have this t-shirt factory program on my computer and i want to make a "Phelps Phan" t-shirt just like the one on that at&t commercial. the font looks familiar but i can't figure it out. anyone know what the font is?

I'm not sure about your program, but in the "500 fonts" software for Word it's called 'Cookie'. The actual iron-on letters as seen in the commercial are called 'Cooper'. Hope this Phelps :)
