Question:

What food can i eat?

I eat eggs and drink milk but not jello mashmellos and meat. i try to look for food but cant find anything but 1 thing! I need help with food thats good for me. any ideas?

  1. Try some cubed firm Tofu in veggie stock, flavor with your favorite spices and veggies...YUM! High in protein, vitamins (don't over cook veggies) low in calories and fat.


  2. Bread and Butter Pudding

    Butter 3/4 loaf (crusts optional)

    Beat 6 eggs together with 1/2 cup sugar and 2 cups milk.

    Line inside of greased baking dish with slices of bread.

    With the remaining slices layer inside sprinkling sultanas on each layer.

    Pour beaten eggs over

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top

    Bake until golden and set

    Approx 1-2 hours 170c.

  3. It sounds like you might be partially vegetarian? It's really important to get in your protein, and there are a couple ways. Eggs and milk are good, but having them at every meal would kind of suck. Vegetarians I know eat a lot of beans because they're very high in protein.

    You didn't specify about vegetables, but they're extremely important in your diet and the more colorful fruits and vegetables in your diet, the better. Often people have trouble eating raw vegetables, but some, like spinach have far more nutrients when you're eating them raw rather than steamed.

    I also enjoy edamame, they're fairly easy to make and very high in protein. They're great with a little salt for a snack or on a salad.

  4. well sounds like ur vegan no junk or meats kinda wel eggs and milk so id say strict vegitarian...maybe idk doesnt mater try protein powders they are good u can put them in oats like oatmeal or a protein shake with fruit i put 4oz yogurt 8oz milk 1 banana and 1.5 scoops of choc protein powder

    maybe try natural peanut butter on wheat crackers  or hummus

    gabanzo beans

    any beans, vegetables , fruits, whole grains like rice whole wheat bread pasta eggs are good low fat milk fresh cheese tofu if u like it..protein bars are good too.

    fresh fruit juices..no soda pop sugary drinks or sugary things like frosting cakes etc.
