  1. Definately Turkey - Everybody feels full and sleepy after Christmas dinner or perhaps a thanksgiving in the US.

If the doesn't work try adding a little Rohypnol to the gravy !!

  2. the same chemicals used in sleeping pills is found naturally in lettuce,

nibble on a nice cos or iceberg .

  3. Warm Mlik.

  4. Turkey...it's a proven fact.

  5. Try drinking camomile tea, or try warm milk with lavender infused honey.

Also, try putting a sachet of lavender under your pillow, or have a lavender and camomile plug-in type air freshener in your bedroom.

  6. These are foods high in the sleep-inducing amino acid tryptophan:

Dairy products: cottage cheese, cheese, milk

Soy products: soy milk, tofu, soybean nuts

    Seafood

    Meats

    Poultry

    Whole grains

    Beans

    Rice

    Hummus

    Lentils

    Hazelnuts, Peanuts

    Eggs

    Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds

  7. Actually there is no scientific proof that the tryptophan in turkey is a sleep inducer - most people get sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner because of the overload of food that has slowed their digestion. Chammomile tea is good for making you relax and get drowsy. Warm milk is also good. These work well also because they are not heavy food that will be in your stomach while you are sleeping, which we know turns to fat faster.

  8. Porridge quickly made in the microwave oven

  9. Turkey bokkcokk

    Milk/ Dairy

no coffee or caffiene though, lol obvious

  10. banana mashed with a little sugar - dont know why but it really works.

  11. Turkey

  12. Stacks of dry toast - you'll be so bored that sleep would be virtually guaranteed!

  13. In the evening, eat turkey, bananas, figs, dates, yogurt, milk, tuna, and whole grain crackers or nut butter. These foods are high in tryptophan, which promotes sleep. Eating a grapefruit half at bedtime also helps.

Avoid bacon, cheese, chocolate, eggplant, ham, potatoes, sauerkraut, sugar, sausage, spinach, tomatoes, and wine close to bedtime. These foods contain tyramine, which increases the release of norepinephrine, a brain stimulant.
