  1. Vitamin E is found in large amounts in these foods:

nuts, seeds, olives, plant oils, avocado, and wholegrains.

Protein is found in these foods:

Nuts, beans & lentils, soy products such as tofu, peanut butter, wholemeal bread, pasta and dairy -(if you eat dairy). It is found in most foods so the list would go on and on.

Vitamin E is great for your skin. If you have a skin condition or skin issues such as acne, rosacea or eczema, you can give your complexion a boost with superfoods containing vitamin E (the ones I listed above).

A friend of mine had severe acne that was affecting his self esteem. He began to improve his diet, and applied a vitamin E cream daily morning and night. After a month or so, his skin condition (acne) has improved beyond words and the transformation is astounding. He hardly ever has breakouts. I am a firm believer in the relationship between a good diet and skin health- there are a number of nutrients involved in the health of your skin, but vitamin E has a poweful role to play.

If you eat a healthy diet, it definately affects how you look and feel.

  4. I have to say nuts and seeds since it's in the vegetarian section.   Nuts and seeds contain both protein and vitamin e.

  5. Vitamin E -  Repair dry and rough skin. It used like a lotion and cream moisturizer. (Foods) peanut butter, frozen spinach, broccoli and mustard green this are my favorite it works. Nuts & seeds, Fish and seafood.

Protein - Will give energy to the body. Your body requires protein on a daily basis in order to repair and build your muscles along with other vital body tissues. (Foods) beef, dairy products, boiled egg, tuna, sardines, white fish.

  6. Pretty much all foods have protein.  If you eat a well balanced vegetarian diet, you get more than enough.  Nuts,  seeds and dark leafy greens have vitamin E.

  7. Raw sunflower seeds has both! And if you do raw sunflower seed butter, you will get an easy way to eat it!
