  1. I can't eat sushi without egg rolls or gyoza!

If you are trying to avoid fried food try edaname peas or a sea weed salad(which is soooo healthy and good)

  2. I always eat sushi with tempura and edamame, sometimes get gyoza and teriyaki chicken too if there are more people with us.

  3. I would eat it with Korean side dishes.

  4. Tempura, potstickers, curry dish.

  5. Probably calamari fried.

  6. I made karage chicken the other day and it was sooooo yummy. Really simple too, I'm sure you can google a recipe*. I dipped the chicken in the base, coated it in flour, and then fried it in oil.

I'll make that next time I have people over for sushi. I'm also known for making tempura, edamame, and if I'm feeling special miso soup. I also made, soy roasted pumpkin, sesame green beens, and miso egg plant for a veggie friend once. Oh, and serving hot green tea is a MUST :)

    * just made a sauce of soy sauce and rice vinegar (I was lacking the proper ingredients)

  7. well...rise of course.

    and calamari...like fried.

    egg rolls maybe?

i dont know i just think egg rolls are good asian food lol.

  8. A plate of assorted sushi is already a meal.  You can order miso soup and maybe kani salad.

  9. Ramen, Udon, Japanese side dishes, tempura, when I think of more I will let you know!

  10. Usually we have tempura with sushi. That's the typical combination in Japan for many events like weddings, funerals, parties and so on. And if we want to add something else, we usually add chawanmushi and clear soup.
