  1. Oats in the morning. It helps the stomach when i drank too much the night before.

  2. A very healthy shake I whip up every morning is banana and chocolate shake. Hace frozen sliced bananas that have been frozen for a day. Make sure you seperate them. Put the in the blender. Put in enough milk that you just barely see the bananas. Then have 2 teaspoons of chocolate powder of chocolate syrup. Blend that till it is non-chunky. It is really good. And healthy. I could drink it all day. Contact me for questions.

  3. vanilla milkshake !

  4. monavie fruit juice.

  5. anything fresh fruit and vegetable.

no,  coffee doesn't do that...  it's packed with caffiene and  can wear you down through out the day.

start eating better... put down the processed, packaged food and get some fresh produce for a change.

  6. Sweet Iced tea...make sure it is not decaffeinated :)

  7. This is like the most satisfying, low calorie drink I have ever had. It is kombucha, the brand is http://www.gtskombucha.com/ . I buy it at Whole Foods. It is sparkling and refreshing, with a nice nautral sweetness. My favorite is the strawberry.

It is also probably the healthiest drink. The makers of it used it to cure their mother's cancer.

Kombucha supports digestion, metabolism, immune system, appetite control, weight control, liver function, body alkalinity, anti-aging, cell integrity, healthy skin and healthy hair.

  8. I like green tea :)

If you don't like the taste, mix equal parts green tea and lemonade. It tastes great! Don't forget some ice :)

There is also a brand of smoothies called "Naked Juice" that comes in many different flavors. It is 100% juice and you can look on the back of the bottle to see the fruit combinations.

Check them out (there are 2 new ones!):

  9. salvital effervescent u need to try it. http://www.aussiefoodshop.com/australian... will do you fine

  10. You could try an energy drink.. but I'm not sure how refreshing those would be. I like iced tea, it has a little bit of caffeine but lots of water, so you get a good amount of refreshment. I'm also a big fan of gatorade, but I use it to keep my electrolytes up because I dehydrate easily.

  11. gaderaid or poweraid also gets you refreshed

  12. Protein will raise your blood sugar, slowly and evenly - keeping you energized at an even rate (whereas sugar gives you a speedy "sugar rush", but you'll crash later and feel even more tired) - so try snacking on nuts or cheese.   I find that real cranberry juice on ice is very refreshing, since it's tart and not sweet.......

  13. Natural fruit smoothie!

    Don't do coffee.

    Drink water throughout the day.

  14. Foods that don't spike your blood sugar.  Stick with whole grains, fruits and veggies. Stay away from processed foods, foods with white flour or sugar.

Think whole grain cereals or breads, oatmeal.  Perhaps some low fat cheese and whole grain crackers?  A peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread?  Scramble up some egg whites, they are full of protein.

The trick is to keep your blood sugar on an even keel.

Processed foods spike your blood sugar and digest easily--quickly.  Fiber rich foods digest slowly so you have steady energy.

Try taking baby spinach and building a salad on that, toss in a variety of veggies and some sliced chicken breast, toss on some sunflower seeds and your favorite low fat dressing.

And, as always, keep hydrated, drink plenty of water.  Often times feeling tired or hungry can simply be your body telling your its thirsty.
