What food goes well with sweet coconut rice?

I love coconut rice and I'd like to start making it regularly, but I need some ideas as to what other food I can make to accompany the rice dish. I'd like to have leftovers and bring to work to eat for lunch.

i was going to say do a curry,, either lamb or chicken, bu tthe vegan thing works too..

you could also try it with a light white fish ceviche

There is this restaurant in Cambridge, MA that serves coconut rice with a vegan peanut curry-- it consists of Thai red peanut curry sauce, fried tofu and broccoli all mixed together served on top of that rice.  It was sooooooo tasty.  I would eat this every other day (even though I'm a meat-eater and this was a vegan dish).

I'm sure you can find a recipe similar to this if you do a search.  It's definitely worth trying.

Mango curry fish is also delicious with coconut rice.

I just made coconut rice for dinner and having with beef curry (indian style).  It is great with regular Chicken curry.

The only "coconut rice" I know of is a dessert. It goes well with mango slices or egg custard.  Sometimes I see it made purple, which I can only guess is purple yam. If it comes in powder form I suppose you can mix it in to cook.... purple yam is delicious.
