pretty much the same as the rest of the country.

they are known for their POUTINE (fries, gravy & curds), their TOURTIERE (meat pie)

all of the other foods are pretty much the same, just en francais na pas anglais.

there are several delicious traditional Québec dishes :

Ragoût de boulettes, cretons ( a pork paté), tourtière , tarte au sucre, french Canadian pea soup.
