What food is good to eat during the whole entire swimming season?

  3. Just try to eat healthy, no fast food and no soda. Nothing super sugary. I recommend drinking a glass of chocolate milk right after practice. It replenishes all the sugars that your muscles lost while you were working out. Eat carbs the night before a meet. The morning of the meet just have some toast and jelly and a glass of milk and a glass of juice. Stay well hydrated throughout the meet. I always throw a handful of M&M's in my mouth about ten minutes before my event and it really gives me a huge energy boost. So if you're a sprinter you might want to try that.
