  1. Food...

Actually, something with a lot of protein is good, to sustain you throughout the round.  Avoid too much caffeine or sugar, because the hills and valleys of energy will wreak havoc with your game, especially those testy 4 footers.  Also, have an apple or a banana during your round to sustain you.  Avoid too much protein, because it will draw your fluids to your stomache, and away from your muscles.  Also drink lots of water, even if it is cool.

  2. Most days at our club, the morning fare consists of English muffins, toast ,about five different breads, butter, jelly, jam and peanut butter. So raisen bread, peanut butter and jelly or jam and a good cup of coffee starts the day in the right direction.

  3. About 8 beers and a cheeseburger.

  4. I tend to usually eat a sandwich on whole wheat bread,....while maybe grabbing another one at the turn as well.

And if the snap hook is showing up that day,....a stiff Jack and Coke,...or 2 or 3 always helps to slow my hands down a bit producing a nice fade.  :)

  5. well... there are several things like very healthy snacks but don't try the jun like candy and soda.  they are tempting but dont because you will be very hyper then you will crash.  So just go for things that are healthy like some eggs or a bagel.  Good luck on you're decision...

  6. complex carbs and drink your fluids.

  7. I like Mike A's answer; just be sure to eat light.
