What food should i eat to stay in shape for volleyball?

  1. fruits and veggies

    nuts

    stay away from pop and gadorade....... drink water and milk


  2. Well in order to stay in fit for volleyball, you shouldn't eat a lot of junk food because junk food can cause you to be out of shape and so you won't have as much energy. So fruits and veggies are good.

  3. protein and work out while getting the right amount of protein for you. eating raisens, peanut butter, whole wheat pretzles, and nuts are some good choice foods to eat to stay fit and healthy, and occasionaly eat some chocolate which is a mood booster especially dark chocolate because its better for you. good  luck :)

    Not a lot of junk food, but don't cut it out completely.

    Eating healthy is more just eating when you are hungry, and staying away from unhealthy snacking a lot. If you don't fill yourself up so much that you are like uhhh I can't move, then I see no reason to "diet". Just eat healthy, and eat when your body tells you that you need to eat!

  6. veggies are always a good choice. so are fruits. you should try to avoid eating foods that are high in fat. don't do any of those dumb diets where they tell you to cut out carbs or whatever. you should eat every single food group, but just a smaller portion of it. protein is also good.

    even just eating all the right foods won't help you stay in shape. make sure you exercise and play volleyball a lot! :]]
