  1. find that the quality in sainsbury is always suprb. shop with an eye to the special offers, and alter your meals accordingly, and you will find that it,s very reasonable

  5. waitrose is quality. i made a silly mistake today by going to asda. i wanted cooking oil and bread. huh? not difficult is it? yes. there is no decent bread in asda. the cooking oil was asda sunflower or asda corn oil. no other choice. no rape seed. no grape seed. row after row of the same stuff. in future if i cant get to waitrose, i'll use sainsburys

  10. Tesco for good speciality cold pressed oils also Tesco and Morrisons for a good selection of cheeses. Tesco own brand soya milk sweetened with apple juice is exceptional quality and value.

    The independent is between me and the post office..

    The evil giant is about a mile our of my way (Gas is $4.45)

    but the bread is cheaper and they sell day old meat
