  1. pasta, peanut butter

  2. Pasta always works for me

And dont drink red bull, it'll give you a kick for a brief time but when the caffiene has run out you'll feel even more drained.

  3. tiger milk bars

  4. I don't know if you get Relentless (energy drink) where you are, but I think that's quite good.

  5. Banana

  6. DO NOT choose red bull for long term energy! Try carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, etc. They will provide energy throughout the entire day!

  7. redbull will not give you sustained energy, you will crash an hour after you drink it. in fact, water wil give you more energy that that! Eat whole grains, lots of fruit, peanut butter, and whole wheat pasta to sustain you... also powerbars are good.

  8. red bull isn't food,

pasta, potato's anything with a high carbohydrate count, porridge in the morning is highly efficient

also if its for sport when i used to swim we used to eat raw jelly weather that helped or not i don't know just went with the craze

  9. Ginseng is really good for energy. Stay away from stuff like Red Bull because it is very high in caffeine and hard on your heart. Protein bars are pretty good but check to make sure they don't contain saturated fats. These can mess with your cholesterol levels.

For a fast boost try a carbohydrate rich food such as pasta.

To keep energy levels high use low fat, protein based foods such as chicken and fish.

For a natural sweet treat, peel a banana and enjoy the goodness.

  10. red bull if you drink enough will guarantee you a sloppy wet stool - that's for sure.

you should try foods high in B vitamins

  11. If you oxygenate yourself well then the foods you consume will actually be able to deliver the energy to your cells through your circulatory system otherwise it's like expecting a car to run just because you put gas in the tank without ever turning over the engine.

  12. zipfizz is great try it its sold at costco stores and its worth its calories

only four calories a drink mix in cold water or lemon cold soda. yum

and the energy is outstanding insane. wow

  13. Depending on if you like the taste of natural or energy bars. I usually eat the Peanut Butter Crunch Cliff bars, but you have to be careful with them because they are high in calories. I ate a few hiking this last Saturday. "Energy bars" (that is the name) are good too. You can get them at any supermarket.  The only one that taste good is the berry flavored one.  You can also go to GNC and they have a good energy drink called liquid NOS and various energy drinks. What I usually do, is get one at a time so if I don't like them, I can just move on to another flavor so I don't waste my money on buying a lot that taste nasty.

  14. I wouldn't go with redbull it is bad for you

try spagetti or some other kind of pasta the day before you need the energy and you will have all the energy you need.

  15. protein bars and stuff with protein. redbull is not that great unless you need energy for 20 minutes followed by a 6 hour crash. to keep the energy going though, you need to be doing physical excercise or physical work to keep the carbs burning. this will give you a lot of energy.

  16. Eating healthy consistently, is very important to keep your energy up. Also getting enough vitamins and minerals daily. For a quick boost of energy, (I have to do this before soccer/volleyball conditioning everyday) have a spoonful of honey and a glass of cold milk 30 minutes before whatever activity you plan on doing. Or a glass of Emergen-C in water or juice. Lots of vitamin c is good for energy. Stay away from things like caffeine because that will harm you in the long run. Fruit and vegetables are very good as well. Eat lots of grapes and oranges throughout the day!
