I'm going to a festival next week and need to figure out what food to bring. Last year we brought to much and need to pack light this time. I don't need empty filler foods, just the healthy stuff. It will be hot and there will be a lot of walking. I eat mainly vegetarian and some fish at home, so I'd like to stick to that. I'm thinking things that don't need to be prepared.
What are the essential foods that will keep us energized, healthy, and satisfied?
