What food will i expect on the ms nile saray cruise boat

my husband is a fussy eater plain english food. I think he will struggle please help

I have beeen oon a Nile cruise, not on that boat though, but on the one I was on the food was excellent and good enough for even the fussiest of eaters, there is always something that will suit.
