  1. dark green leafy veggies. but since i need 4mg of folic a day, i also take folic acid supplements in tablet form. you can get them over the counter.

Some breakfast cereals (ready-to-eat and others) are fortified with 25% to 100% of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for folic acid."

    don't take the supplement, get it naturally.
