what are the best foods and drinks out there for our skin esp. face skin and skin with acne scars besides water I all redy know how good water is for you

  1. Foods with high water content:  mainly fruits and veggies.  In general, healthier foods are better for your body as a whole (including skin), so the less junk food, the better.  Drinks:  juice, smoothies, etc.


  2. WATER!!! You'll be amazed how it can help when you drink more that 8 oz. a day. Raw foods are great, keep away from sweets and fried food.

    See a doctor it can be hormones.

    I am a Registered Nurse and I specialize in skin care. I also have my patients detox to clear up their skin.

    Besides water......... FRESH VEGETABLE JUICES........in any combination you like. Buy a fresh juicer and JUICE JUICE JUICE. Your face will clear up and have a fresh glow about it.

    I usually use: carrots, red cabbage, cukes, parsley

    if that's to drastic for you

    try carrot juice with apples and ginger

  4. well,, i don't want to disappoint you but water is not as good as many people think, actually it doesn't make any difference to the skin because there already is a large amount of water in the food we eat

    best thing for skin is fruites and vegetables, vitamins (i actually take a an A, C and E vitamins pills)
