  1. whats "Mass" ,mass from fat or muscle

    for muscle try beef, pork, fish, chicken, peanut butta, wheat bread, milk alot of milk


  2. Anything with protein, basically meats, any nut, protein powder. But don't forget it'll all go to your gut and *** if you don't exercise regularly, take plenty of vitamins and eat healthy.

    But I guess if you want mass haha.. just eat mc'ds.

  4. when i was training with a ex bodybuilder he would always make sure i was eating enough fish and chicken but not fried chicken no oil or grease or butter to get a more accurate eating and diet log go to bodybuilding.com search there site

    also for enough vitamins i would say try to stop by your local gnc or similar store and get the animal pack there nasty but it helps 10000000% honelstly i gained 15 pounds while on this diet
