What foods are fat free?

or contain very low fat?

I have a digestive disorder which means I cant digest fat easily. So can you please tell me what I should avoid but also, what can I eat?

  1. What disorder is it? Cause all fat digesting disorders I know of are really serious and usually doctors will definitely tell u what to and not to eat and what to do...Check back with your physician.

  3. well then  you should be eating what i eat..

    fresh fruits and veggies.

    steamed, raw and baked.

    with nothing added...    the pain will go away what you suffer and you'll start to feel, look and over all be in better shape.

    simple as that.  sure it may be boring but you will be in better shape to focus on other things than..   why you're feeling like you're dying and hurting so bad.     this will help with your allergy and the gerd you may be suffering from.

    also,    soymilk....     it's a great alternative.

    stay away from all dairy as much as you can,  this will also make a huge improvement.

    watch those vegan processed foods..  read those labels!   if it's got dairy or casein in it... or anything suspicious or you learn about the additives  online while you're fixing up your diet...    stay away from anything processed overall if you can.

    many additives are from animal proteins and processed animal parts in general.    

    i have an allergy to animal proteins and fats..   i can tell right away if someone's given me something that has animal anything in it...   i'm sure you can also and if you can't...  you will soon once you change your diet to a restricted vegetable based diet.

    your body and especially your respiratory and digestive system will thank you.

    stay away from  processed drinks and concentrated drinks also.

    stick with as fresh as you can get and 100% juices NOT from concentrate.

    soda is evil...  (full of fats and animal proteins)  

    and filtered water.. not flavored or energy drinks.. just regular water,  if not from your tap water that you can tolerate  that comes from a reputable company.

    junk food, fast food, food  from any restaraunt,  all processed foods, frozen, canned... any packaged with labels a mile long...   dehydrated, powdered...    i think you're getting the point..   STAY AWAY FROM!

  4. Well, a 100 pound bag of suger has 0 grams of fat. So does a 55 gallon barrell of water. I suppose you could just eat sugar and drink water all day. But that would be stupid since you'd die really soon.

    Why not just take fat digesting enzymes with your meals and then your body could at least get some of the fat that it needs instead of avoiding fat altogether? You can find these at health food stores.
