  1. Fungal infections feed on SUGAR. Stay away from ALL sugar. That is why breads, starches and alcohol are bad also, because the starch and alcohol turns to sugar.

Edit: Whoever gave me the thumbs down, obviously you know nothing about fungal and yeast infections. Fungus and yeast are in the same family. They both grow in the absence of light. They do not produce chlorophyll.  And they feed on SUGAR. Starches and alcohol both turn to sugar when being processed in the body. Why do you think they tell diabetics to stay away from breads and alcohol? Because they turn to SUGAR.

  2. Usually any thing with a yeast ingredient like alcohol, yogurt, mushrooms, biscuits and bread made with yeast.

Alternative products  may be eaten, any thing made with baking powder like crumpets.or other rising agents..

Stay off the yeast products for at least 90 days, but you should see some improvement long before that.

    GOOD LUCK.

  3. Although medically most docs will say no relation..

I've found that ppl prone to fungal infections need to reduce their intake of acidy foods..

Reduce their acid ph. and increase basil ph..

    .

So decrease orange juice, tomatoe juice, spiced foods..

Increase yogurt or milk or soy products...

    Seems to help..

Be curious if it works for you too!
