  1. veggies, fruit,  whole grain products, nuts & beans

  5. fiber one - all -bran-  bran buds in cereals   in fruits apples and pears  brussel sprouts in vegetables

  6. most of the time anything really really high in fiber is also high in calories. like beans, and nuts...

    i think your safest bet would be oats. their full of fiber with not to many calories.

  7. i like cereal, so Go Lean Crunch and Grape Nuts are awesome. Also, blueberries and bananas.
