  1. chicken, steak, beef, tuna, ham, turkey, lamb, tofu, beans, peanut butter, nuts, yogurt, soy


  2. Eggs, Chicken, Whey, Fish and Lean beef.

    I recommend chicken, fish and egg as the most useful.

  4. Are you vegetarian?

    If so, try: quinoa, beans, chick pears, tofu, lentils, soy milk, eggs, nuts, cheese...

    If not, try:

    Haddock, salmon, chicken, turkey & lean sirloins.

    I put whey protein (a derivative from milk found at places like GNC) in my oatmeal, pancakes, milkshakes, etc. for extra energy and protein in the morning!
