  1. a lot of mexian food maybe a little american food and a cake

  2. All the ones I have been too serve rice, goat(depending on if you like that), beans, tortillas, and salsa. And of course the cake. Other types of meat I have seen is chicken instead of the goat. Hope this helps. Then you have the different beverages, punch, soda, and the alcohol.

  3. It depends on the culture.  At a Cuban Quinceañera, there are lechon, bocadillos, croquetas, ropa vieja, pan, and other Cuban delicacies.

  4. Foods that are usually eaten at a Quinceanera are mole, picadillo, arroz, cabrito, and pan de polvo.

Dont forget the famous Quinceanera cake!

  5. Generally: Rice, beans, tacos, and other mexican foods.  Food depends on where the family is from.  Every region in Mexico has unique food.  But then again, the b-day girl might have her own choices and might decide to have other types of food catered.  By the way, I'm Mexican.

  6. If you do not have a puerco asao and beer there is no party lol!

    No for real.

    =)p

  7. Guacamole, bocadillas and other great traditional foods.  :D

  8. Traditional foods would be:

mole, pico de gallo, tortillas, bistec (steak), arroz (rice), frijoles (beans), tripas (pig intestines), picadillo (ground beef dish), cabrito (baby goat)

    Sweets:

Arroz con leche (rice pudding), pan de polvo (really yummy cookies), flan, the brithday cake would be a "tres leches" cake or a three milks cake.
