Im trying to gain weight....atleast 10 lbs asap

  1. Eat whatever you want, but try not to have too much saturated fats, else you'd be gaining weight unhealthily. Eat lots of whole grain carbs and protein. Good luck!


  2. you can try replacing whatever you usually drink with meal supplement drinks like boost or ensure (most drugstores have a generic store brand that costs less) - the "plus" kinds have about 350 calories each. this is a pretty easy way to up your calorie intake by at least 1000 calories a day, plus they actually taste pretty good!

  3. eat a lot of potatoes and it's really not how much you eat it's what you eat so you might want to take protein shakes twice a day

  4. Eat whatever you want, try lots of carbs, pasta, potatoes, etc.. And eat late at night. That's a quick way to gain weight- Eat a big meal and then go to bed. The rest of your body goes to sleep with you and won't burn off the calories.  

  5. Stock up on protein and carbs.

  7. Bagels. Lots of bagels with cream cheese. Oh, and drink at least a liter of pop every day. Not that diet c**p, real cola baby.

  10. I would say eat more carbs. I tried it once and it didn't work for me, but it may work for you...
