I'm 14, and I'm not exactly sure when puberty ends but I still want grow a few inches (and actually notice the difference). Of course I need Vitamin D and calcium, but do most girls ever eat the number of servings their supposed to? (according to the food pyriamid. 6-11 servings of grains, I don't even eat that much in a day!). So does anyone know of good food that has a high source of essential nutrients that help growth? Surely some fruits for example, contain more calcium than others.
