  1. Coffee, breads, lots of tomatoes, olives and oils, Wine (mostly red), oily fish, shelfish, beef, pork, venison, duck, chicken,  vegetables of many types - Tomatoes, garlic and onions especially, pulses and beans, pasta, lotsa pasta,  lotsa cured meats.

    Romans eat when they can.


  2. gelato (though it is better in Florence).

    Seriosly, Pasta, fish, bread, italian sausages.

  5. meal at 12 o'clock dinner 7 o'clock

    1starter antipasto ham prosciutto, olives olive, salame.

    2pasta like spaghetti, lasagna,tortellini gnocchi,ravioli.

    3meat like roast cicken pollo or fish. with some bread and breadstik.

    6coffe espresso

    we drink mineral water and wine

  6. breakfast - a cappucino and a little pastry

    lunch - some simple pasta and a salad  or a panino (sandwich)

    dinner - first plate - a starch (pasta or pizza) and second plate - meat and vegetable; and a salad
