  1. Banana skins can get you high which is why they are barred in prisons. I think you dry the skins out and smoke them.

    Other foods that are high in tryptophan are oats, chocolate, yogurt, chick peas.

    There was a book out called ' Get high at thegreengrocer'ss' . Look it up on Amazon.
