  1. Almost everything. Seriously. Non-meat animal products (dairy and eggs) do, as do seeds and nuts. Legumes make a lower-fat source. There is also protein in other plant foods. Potatoes have protein in them. Grains do. (Quinoa is one example.) As long as you're eating a wide variety of foods, there's a good chance that you're getting enough.

  2. Soymilk, eddamame, tofu, yougurt, peanut butter.

  3. Quinoa, mushrooms, spirulina, buckwheat, hemp seed, amaranth and soy are complete proteins; they have all 9 essential amino acids.

    Other good sources of protein:

    Rice

    Beans

    Corn

    Broccoli

    Bread

    Tortillas

    Cheese

    Milk

    Eggs

Oatmeal, cream of wheat, cream of rice, grits

    Flax seeds

    Nuts

    Sunflower seeds

    Sesame seeds

    Pumpkin seeds

    Tempeh

  4. Good vegetarian sources of protein are almonds, black beans, cashews, fake meats, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), kidney beans, lentils, peanut butter, pinto beans, soybeans, soymilk, sunflower seeds, and tofu.

  5. Milk

    Yogurt

    Cheese

    Soy

    Tofu

    Beans

Quinoa (the only grain that is a complete protein by itself)

    Nuts

  6. Almost all food has protein. Just to name a few...  Whole wheat pasta has 10 grams per serving, peas have 7 grams per serving, many beans have 9 grams per serving.  a handful of cashews has 5 grams.

  7. peanut butter, beans, soy, milk, eggs, & cheese

  8. Tempeh, seitan (wheat gluten), tofu, TVP (Textured vegetable protein), lentils, chickpeas, quinoa, spirulina, buckwheat, amaranth, broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes, beans, rice & beans, apples, banana, oranges,  watermelon, seeds (hemp, flax, pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), peanut butter, soymilk, some premade meals (such as Amy's, etc) & meat substitutes (such as Boca, Gardenburger, Tofurkey, Lightlife, Morningstar, Yves, etc) or the main sources of veg protein. A protein which contains all the 22 essential amino acids in proper proportions is called a complete protein. Spirulina, quinoa, buckwheat, hempseed, and amaranth, & soy products such as soybeans, tofu, tempeh, and miso. Some foods which may be combined to provide a good balance of amino acids such as beans & brown rice, wheat & peanuts (a peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread works too), peas & rye, beans & corn. It is good to eat a varied diet no matter what, you should not have to worry about protien and other nutirents as long as you eat propely and varied foods!
