coke is bad pepsi is nicer : ) definitly these "sodas" are full of sugar,this is what makes them so bloody irresistable. cereals believe it or not are also full of sugar!

Coke is very bad it has 45grams of sugar in it. saw a clip on it.  I dont think you can get worse than that.

Also butterscotch sauce is made from Brown sugar, butter, and thickened cream that cant be good for you.

refined sugar and any food that contains sugar in large amounts. Sweets, cakes, soda drinks, milk shakes etc

It seems hidden sugars are everywhere even savoury sandwiches.
