  1. dairy products, greasy foods, sugary foods

  2. GREASY stuff is terrible.

  3. as long as you drink water all the time food wont cause it that much. chocolate and greasy foods effect some skin types, but others not at all. i would suggest drinking ALOT of water as much as you can, youll slowly notice acne going away. also, eating apples, blue berries, red grapes, and pomegranate. These actually help.

also dont touch, squeeze, or pop pimples on your face unless you feel its really needed, mostly it will just make them more noticeable, etc.

    hope this helps [:

  4. BANANA, APPLE, coffee beans covered with chocolate

  5. Some people say that chocolate for sure is the worst. Fried foods are bad, too. also, scrubbing your face very hard can spread acne.

  6. greasy foods-type in yahoo "GREASY FOODS" and you'll get all kinds of results.

  7. all fast food places and candy. and coffee does too.

  8. Mostly greasy foods. Some people can break out when they are slightly allergic to something they are eating though. If you break out alot i would recommend seeing a doctor as they can tell you which food it could be that makes you break out. When you do break out, get as much sleep as you can, drink lots of water & avoid caffeine, tannins (which reduce the absorption of iron and calcium), additives, preservatives and sugar. You need to boost your intake of omega-3-rich oily fish (sardines, mackerel, fresh tuna, salmon) because as well as being great for your heart and fresh tuna, salmon) because as as being great for your heart and general well-being, they can help reduce the inflammation associated with spotty skin.If your vegetarian try walnuts and walnut oil, hemp oil and seeds, and flaxseeds which you can use on vegetables or in salads. Fruit and vegetables are rich in the antioxidants vitamin C and betacarotene which can help repair troubled skin. It's not really the amount of junk food/chocolate you eat but the lack of skin-benificial foods you eat.

    Hope I helped.
