What foods make you breakout?

helpp i need the pimples gone! and fast! within a week! i HATE proactive ive been useing it for 8 monthes and nothing happened! i heard orange juice and cucumbers can prevent break outs?? is it true? well if it is do you put it on the acne or eat/drink it?!?! and what prodouct do you reccomend most to get pimples gone fast.? is skin id any good? well i have no idea so if you could also show me the website to the proudouct that would be great!!

  1. i&#039;ve had lots of experience in this area.

    heres the answer: the foods that make you break out are the ones that make you feel greasy when you eat them. for example FRENCH FRIES.

    but chocolate doesn&#039;t, and orange juice doesn&#039;t....

    skin i.d sounds good, neutrogena is great. but you have to deal with the fact that your acne isn&#039;t going to magically disappear overnight with a face wash, you just gotta deal with the pimples.

  3. I&#039;ve never heard anything about cucumbers or OJ making pimples go away. But...

    I think Skin ID looks like it might actually work, but I&#039;m not sure ;]

    Watermelon makes me break out by the way..

  4. my nutritionist told me to consume as little caffine as possible because your body processes caffine the same way it processes stress therefore having the same effects on your complection. try to eliminate soda, alcohol, tea, coffee, etc from your diet and this will help a great deal. putting green tea on your face can reduce redness and puffiness however im not sure about orange juice and cucumbers. oj is very acidic and cukes are very alkaline so if one works, i dont see how the other could (?) try acnefree severe. its 4x stronger than proactive and i love the 2x daily regime. ive been using it for about 5 months and ive seen great and drastic results. hope this helps! good luck!

  6. I use proactive and it actually works for me O.O. I suggest you don&#039;t over use it... I use it twice a day and have only had one semi-bad breakout in the past 2 months. But what also helps is not eating so many greasy/fried foods or chocolate/caffeine. Drink a lot of water and eat fruits and vegetables. Basically eating and drinking healthy should help a lot and if you have proactive before you go to bed put on the facial mask only on the parts where you have acne, and use a thick layer of it. It helps it go away twice as fast.
