Any suggestions will help, thanks:) and how much water do they say you should drink everyday?........I'm nervous about tryouts and any last minutes suggestions on things that I can do will be helpful.

  1. try to eat some fruits and vegetables like grapes, apples, oranges, pears, carrots, some broccoli, remember potato and corn are NOT vegetables, there starches, u can eat potato skin with a potato though, that has iron in it. try to drink 2-3 glasses of milk a day.when eating regular food, u can have an night out for dinner or what u want, but try to not over eat so u wont get sick, dont snack a lot, and if u do have a very very high matabolism try to get active everyday, its crunch time so practice ur skills and go running a lot. drink a ton of water and stay calm for try outs, good luck! tell me how u do!remember, dont starve urself! eat as u would normally, just drink more milk and drink water, eat as usual, never over do it, just eat as normal, i cant stress it enough because i dont want u to be hurt or faint of anything

also make sure to practice ur skills, maybe bump and set with a friend or practice serves in a place u know u wont hit something, i hit against my garage, maybe with the door closed incase u mis the top of the garage, but ask ur parents first

  2. bananas!

  3. Some great things you can eat are:

Bananas: bananas are full of potassium and it will keep you from cramping up, they also prevent fatigue

Pasta: Pasta can be taken but not too much because of its calories content and may increase people's weight.

Lean red meats: (Without much fat on them) Are good for getting iron you need

Yogurt, cheese, and low-fat milk: Have calcium that is a must for protecting against stress fractures

Good sources of protein are: fish, lean meats and poultry, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and peanut butter.
