What foods should i eat and what foods should I avoid?

Should carbs be avoided or not?

As much detail on diet for increasing muscle tone would be great.

(Im not after foods for gaining more muscle size)

  3. if you want tone; 2 hours per day cardio,and tonnes of water (10 glasses)minimum,you need carbs for brain function anyway,and a multivitamin and your regular meals just dont eat carbs after 5oclock

  4. Eat high protein, moderate carbs and low-fat diet. Carbs are not bad for you but you must eat complex carbs (slow burning carbs), like whole wheat bread/pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, yams, potatoes and corn. Do resistant training and cardio to increase your metabolism.
