What foods should I change to?

Right now, I'm feeding my dogs IAMS but I want to stop feeding them that, because the ingredients, and also because I don't know if IAMScruelty.com is true. What food should I feed my dogs?

Also I am feeding my cats meow mix and I want to change that too because of the ingredients. (what i mean is low quality). I didnt know this stuff at first so what should I feed my cats?

What is a good hamster food to feed my hamster when I get it in September?

I can only help you out with the dog food. I have an english bulldog and was feeding him Iams but he came down with a skin condition and I switched to California's Natural lamb and rice. He loves it and its helped with his coat and lamb is easier to digest. A 36lb bag costs about $45, and you need to go to a pet speciality store.

  I have had great results with science diet provided your dogs have no health conditions such as liver, kidney, urinary or weight problems.  If your dogs do have health problems, your vet can prescribe hills prescription foods.

     Regarding your cats science diet is also what I would recommend if no specific health problems are occurring.  Science Diet and Hills Prescription Diets are both from the same company.  They are better formulated for cats dietary needs. Dogs too.

     If you get your hamster from a store like Petco, they are very knowledgeable in what is the best food for your hamster.

I work with a lot of dogs.  the ones who eat "Pro Plan" look and act GREAT.

As for the Iams cruelty thing.  I doubt if ti's true.  Look it up on "snopes.com"  It is a website that debunks rumors and urban legends.

By the way corn is more digestible than rice and is an excellent source of beneficial complex carbohydrates and vitamins A & C.
