PLEASE HELP! I am 22 years old and still suffer from mild breakouts, mostly on my back and upper arms and occasionally develop large pimples on random places around my face. I have been seeing dermatologists for many years and have taken accutane in the 10th grade which helped tremendously, but I still get the occasional cyst, usually between my eyebrows or around my cheeks. I am wondering perhaps if I dramatically altered my diet if it would truly benefit my skin. If so, what kind of foods should I consume! THANK YOU!

  1. Don't drink as much milk m8

  2. Changing you diet won't help that much. But if anything cut back on sugar, fatty foods, and drink pleanty of water constantly.

  3. Lots of greens!  I don't like to eat them so I make green smoothies and they taste like fruit.  Here's some recipes:

Avoid dairy, red meats, and greasy foods.

  4. I know you are asking about foods....but don't forget.....sleep is a huge factor in preventing breakouts.  Try and get your 8 hours a night!!

  5. the only time i seem to get acne is when i eat cheetos. try staying away from greasy foods and see if that helps.
