what are healthy foods i should eat that will help me run better for cross country?

  1. Protein. Think beans!


  2. soup or basketfast bars.

  3. Protein and complexed carbs.  

  4. most athletes eat complex carbohydrates because they last longer in your system, and they keep giving you energy for the duration. so a meal of pasta would be a good thing to eat before going on a run- just don't eat three helpings, or anything stupid like that.
