yeah i think you should make a survey you know what else i think you should have in your restaurant like you should have american food,italian food , spanish food like I'm telling you there's so much spanish people everywhere around the usa that they would definitely go to your restaurant just for the american food and the spanish food

I would love to go to a restaurant that included healthy choices. Heart healthy and lower in fat and calories.

It actually depends on what kind of restaurant you are looking at. If you are making it a specific type of food like Italian, Seafood, Fast food and so on.......  Look at the prices of the ingredients for your meals and because sea food would be more expensive in the central area because there is no sea around it.

But remember to have variety. not every one eats beef, pork or fish.

Keep something for every one to eat. You don't need more than 20 main courses as long as they are good courses.
