  1. There are no foods or spices that can be scientifically proved by the FDA to lower blood sugars, the best they can do is maintain blood sugar levels or raise them, hopefully without a spike.

    Yes it's true that some diabetics claim to have had some success with cinnamon, vinegar, supplements and items like that but I would question if they really worked or were they just practicing good glucose control through diet and exercise.


  2. several studies have been done on many different supplements such as cinnamon...but they are not conclusive...suggest you google "homeopathic treatment of diabetes" and do your own research.
